The practitioner uses several techniques over a course of a session, such as Massage, Craniosacral, Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology and Energy work. These techniques are used to address each individual person in their own unique and distinct way. Practitioners who utilize integrative therapy can develop a program which has been designed specifically for the clients needs.

If you are coming to Inbodyment for the first time, we advise you to arrive 15minutes prior to appointment to fill out medical paperwork.

Massage and bodywork can help release chronic muscular tension and pain, improve circulation, increase joint flexibility, reduce mental and physical fatigue and stress, promote faster healing of injured muscular tissue, improve posture, and reduce blood pressure. Massage and bodywork is also known to promote better sleep, improve concentration, reduce anxiety and create an overall sense of well-being.

Drinking more water helps to hydrate the body as it flushes out byproducts. As we manipulate the muscular skeleton system, it opens up the flow of the body and allows the body to eliminate and refresh and balance itself.
